Soft Time Flow may include in-game purchases such as virtual currency or virtual goods. You acknowledge and agree that such items have no intrinsic monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or eliminate virtual items at any time without liability.
We may provide patches, updates, or modifications to Soft Time Flow to improve performance, introduce features, or correct errors. Such updates may be mandatory for continued use of the Service. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates, but may do so at our discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any purchased or earned virtual items will be revoked. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees or purchases made through the Service.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to Soft Time Flow, including but not limited to software, design, artwork, characters, audio, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited license granted herein, you acquire no ownership or rights in Soft Time Flow or its intellectual property.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Soft Time Flow is provided"as is" and"as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Soft Time Flow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use Soft Time Flow. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access or use Soft Time Flow in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
